Use of the App

Piks is designed for children and families. A parent or guardian should supervise purchases and agree to the applicable terms on behalf of a child. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

Version 2.1 Content and Purchases

Version 2.1 offers coloring, jigsaw puzzles and Matching Pairs. Some animal coloring pictures are free. Individual Theme Packs and the Full Version are non-consumable one-time purchases. A Theme Pack unlocks the pictures in that theme. The Full Version unlocks all themes, Puzzle and Matching Pairs permanently. Version 2.1 offers no new subscription or free trial.

Apple processes payments and shows the localized price before purchase confirmation. Purchases can be restored using the same Apple Account through Restore in the app. Apple’s purchase and refund rules apply. Contact Apple to request a refund.

Earlier Purchases and Versions

Earlier versions included a different set of games and offered subscriptions. Existing lifetime access remains permanent. Previously paid subscriptions retain access until their paid expiration date; they do not convert to lifetime access. Manage or cancel subscriptions in device Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Availability of older subscription products may change as the app transitions to one-time purchases.

Artwork and Content

The app saves artwork locally on the device. Removing the app or its data may remove that artwork. App graphics, designs and other supplied content are protected by intellectual-property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of that supplied content.
